Vaak is er nog een "Misverstand" over Lettertypes wat je op je "Space" kunt gebruiken... Het wil namelijk niet zeggen als jezelf een bepaald "Lettertype" gebruikt dat deze ook zichtbaar is voor je bezoeker. Dit is geheel afhankelijk welke "Fonts" (Lettertypes) op de pc van je bezoeker is geinstalleerd. Als een bezoeker je "Space" bezoekt en je gebruikt een lettertype dat de pc van je bezoeker niet herkent zal jouw lettertype op je "Space" gewoon weergegeven worden als een standaard "Arial"...

Hieronder eerst een lijst met "Lettertypes" die standaard zijn... Best handig om te weten aangezien je dan bijna zeker weet welke "Lettertypes" gezien zullen worden...

Om te weten welke "Fonts" op jou Pc zijn geinstalleerd. Deze kun je normaal gesproken vinden op je C-Schijf, in de map "Windows" en dan de map "Fonts" Door het installeren van "Programma's" zoals bijvoorbeeld "Microsoft Office" worden er weer extra "Fonts" geinstalleerd. Of je kunt op meerdere site's gratis "Lettertypes" downloaden en installeren..

Dan heel handig aangezien we wel willen weten hoe sommige "Lettertypes" eruit zien kunnen we die online gaan bekijken. Natuurlijk geld hier ook weer, heb je een bepaald lettertype niet geinstalleerd, zul je het standaard lettertype "Arial" zien..

"Online Font Viewer"

Door onderaan op de button "Try other Fonts" te klikken kun je zelf een naam van een "Font" invullen en bekijken.... Het lettertype wat ik op deze site gebruik is "monotype corsiva" en aangezien dit geen standaard "Lettertype" is is het natuurlijk ook weer mogelijk dat bezoekers deze "Font" niet zullen zien...

Hier je tekst

De pc van de bezoeker zal gaan zoeken naar het lettertype "monotype corsiva" is deze niet aanwezig zal het standaard lettertype getoond worden. Maar voegen we meerdere lettertypes toe aan de "Html" code zal de pc van de bezoeker gaan zoeken naar een volgend lettertype of deze wel aanwezig is....
