History:
In 1995 I started with some freeware trackers like impulse-tracker and scream-tracker, but I did not like to use the standard samples.
So I started to make my own samples using. " Orangator "
Doing this I learned a lot about creating synthesized sounds.
I discovered Buzz in 1997, with it's own generators and effects.
Later on I started to use VSTi's, like "Synth 1" (still my fav), in Buzz with Polac's VSTi-loader.

 Phrozenlight's Moon (October 26, 2005)

Average Rating: 4.75 out of 5 stars

Reviewer: Michael Sandler - 5 out of 5 stars - March 6, 2006

Subject: Another great collection... ...of deep dronage from an artist whose tracks are eating up more and more space on my hard drive!

Reviewer: electrocelt - 4 out of 5 stars - November 16, 2005

Subject: very nice but long... i really like the sounds that Phrozenlight creates with this release. a very atmospheric spacey ambient journy... the tracks are different enough and yet make a nice set together. however i feel like the tracks are much too long. in my opinion, the tracks could be at most half as long and the whole release would be stronger. at nearly two hours total, i found it hard to enjoy the release as a whole. if it were cut down to perhaps under one hour total, 'Moon' would make a very strong ambient drone album.

Reviewer: wisemove - 5 out of 5 stars - November 12, 2005

Subject: Wonderful music First Phase is a wonderful set of drones that gives me a feeling of dark and delicious waves of etheral sounds. Second Phase is a light mix of continuous sounds that are luscious and true ambient noise. Third Phase is a dark, omnious groups of seamless music. It seems I am on the dark side of the moon looking at the Earthshine.

Subject: Nice job reminiscent of Oophoi circa 1997-2001. Recommended.

Phrozenlight Creation (December 12, 2005)

Average Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Reviewer: electrocelt - 5 out of 5 stars - December 20, 2005

Subject: excellent ambient! with so much ambient music here on the Archive, it is hard to find a release that really stands out. from the first few minutes of the opening track, i knew this was something special. with this release, Phrozenlight does everything right: each layer of sound is perfectly blended and mixed; each track is the perfect length - long enough to draw you into the spacious atmosphere created, short enough to keep you there throughout; the sequencing of tracks is perfect as well - from the mysterious and promising atmosphere of 'Space Folding' the energy builds and finally fades away into a peaceful distance, dissapearing forever and yet leaving you looking forward to future journeys. i recommend you burn this release to cd and keep it on your playlist with all your favourite ambient artists. this is essential Ambient Space listening.

Reviewer: Michael Sandler - 5 out of 5 stars - December 16, 2005

Subject: Far Music From the first seconds of the opening track, this album carries you to a deep sector of the universe. Spacious drifts and bubbly twinklies flow through your cranium as you float weightless to the Perimeter. Eventually you dissolve, and time, space, and Id merge into the proto-energy pool from whence All emanates. A holiday immersion into pure ambient transport.

Cold Night (February 4, 2006)

Subject: highly recommended ambient! another excellent release from Phrozenlight. again a perfect mix of deep spacious floting sounds with just the right mix of musicality and sound design. don't miss this one, spacefans! this is top-quality ambient spacemusic...

April 2006 (April 30, 2006)

Average Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Reviewer: Michael Sandler - 5 out of 5 stars - May 4, 2006

Subject: More... More electronic orgasma, a second helping of the Phrozenlight ecstatic plasma, the hand of the phantasma opening a palmfull of twinkly quanta and ear-tickling existenz truffla. This is a rich listen, glowing with gooey textures and brave choices, epic like a monster and dripping a trail of detail beyond this mortal pale, moshing minutia and manufaxuring maxima. To the nuts and to the bolts, 4 17-minute tracks, "1404-01" reposing on ephemeral sequences, "1404-02" and "Bursting Clouds" deep space slides through bubbles and juices, "Dark Nebula" a very still piece of music. You can hear the squeak of planets turning on their axes. Fecund and phrozen, legion, the Appointed Time frictionless and realized in the Phrozenlight eschatology.

Reviewer: Phaedream electro > musique Électronique space ambiant

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ translation in English:

Our friend Bert Hülshoff, proposes its 2nd musical voyage of 2006, and as he once said it so well; his music is a sound screen of a dream without movements. Let me tell you that it is all that there is of truer. This time his work is inspired, and dedicated to the author Stephen Lawhead who writes evangelic readings. Very close to its inspirations Phrozenlight delivers a work what there is of more ambient, but ambient floating style. The 3 titles make an atmospheric and dense opus with beautiful choruses and synth layers which float with passion. Inert? I would not say that. With through its synths and its many alternatives sound effects, Phrozenlight creates a sonorous universe which is clean for him. That moves, but carefully, as hooked in a cosmic ball which derives in a deep space. As a bonus, Phrozenlight offers a video for The Paradise War. Lasting 10 minutes, it is worth the eyes and it reflects perfectly what I can expect of the ambient and floating EM animation. An excellent idea, which I hope for it will make other ones to follow. See the unreal, the abstract! Its magic, it’s with nobility of soul. A little as in dreams, where everything moves slowly. Available for free at http://www.archive.org/details/albion, this cd and this video will allow a beautiful moment of relaxation. The kind of moment that no one dares to offer to themselves for lack of time and something else. Listening to Phrozenlight music it is as to blow the stress which lives us. Go ahead, give yourself a little pleasure.
