MUTATIONS OF THE KAKARIKI

In the course of the years there have been mutations with the kakariki.

The original colour of the kakariki is the wild-colour. This is dark green.
 

Some of the colour mutations which originate throughout the years are:

 * the dominant pied
*  the recessive pied
*  the lutino
*  the fallow
*  the cinnamon                                              

 I myself own the following mutations:

* the wild coloured

* the dominant pied

* the fallow

* the golden colour            * de cinnamon

Two new mutations with the kakariki:                                                                         

The blue red fronted kakariki and the red suffused kakariki
