EARRING SCRIPT
PAINT SHOP PRO 9 and up, patched
ALL LEVELS - PERSONAL USE ONLY

The Earring1 Script

The Earring1 script generates a fixed bangle earring image, the three elements of which can be filled through user input: you get to pick the Color, Gradient, or Pattern. The layers created by the script are not merged, so you can for instance change the background, or deform or turn down the shadow.

The Kaleidoscope Effect in this script

The Kaleidoscope Effect is used twice in the Earring1 Script, once for the dangling ring and once for the ear clasp.

The first time it comes up, you can accept the default settings, create your own, or click the random button until something nice turns up.

The second time it comes up, you can also choose to use different settings, but make sure there are no transparent areas. If there are, the desired outcome will fail because of the selection choices made in this script.

Fill Materials - Gradient

For the image on the right, gradients set to Radial Style and Linear Style were used.

You can use different Styles for each element of the earring.

Not enough gradients? A Google search will give you many links to gradients free to download to your Gradients folder.

Fill Materials - Color

Just in case you think using a single color might be boring, look at the image on the left. A solid grey was used for a fill. The script adds shading and color variations.

Fill Materials - Pattern

Both the earring at the top of this page and the dangling part in this one on the right were done using a pattern.

Patterns can be scaled and rotated, and even an unlikely one of wood may turn up some attractive results in this script.
