PAINT SHOP PRO 9 AND UP G L A S S E S A LAYERED VECTOR IMAGE TO EDIT
DAREDEVIL BEGINNER LEVEL - ALL IMAGES: PERSONAL USE ONLY |
 |
| These glasses were created to offer a free vector image for personal use only that can easily be changed, merely and mostly by going into the Layers Palette and changing the properties. I wrote the following steps in the hope that they may help new users overcoming any initial vector fears. No actual vector editing is done except changing their properties. |

Using the Layers Palette
This is a screenshot of the Layers Palette for the Green Glasses. I have highlighted in green the vector layers that make up the total of the basic glasses vector shape. The optional ornaments I chose to make visible for these glasses are in a vector layer that is highlighted in yellow.
Clicking on the eye icon turns the visibility of a layer on and off. Clicking on the plus in front of a layer name will roll out its contents. Holding your mouse cursor over the object name within a layer will show a preview of the object.
Right-clicking on the name of an object you want to change will bring up a menu. In this menu you choose Properties.
And here is the dialog for Vector Property. Some interesting things can be done here without having to actually go into Vector Edit Mode. A different color can make a big change, but how about filling or stroking with a pattern or a gradient?
