Changing the Shadow Color
Because your colored lenses are letting light through, the lenses in the shadow will also take on their color.
Activate (click on) the raster layer called Copy of Vector All Shadow.
In the main PSP menu, click on Adjust to access the Hue and Saturation options and from there the Hue/Saturation/Lightness dialog. The slider above the color wheel makes the wheel spin so you can pick a color. The vertical Saturation slider lets you make the color more or less intense. As you will notice, the 'opaque' parts of the shadow stay black. This is because black is not a color and therefore not affected by color adjustments.

Changing the Shadow Shape
If you want to change the size, position or perspective of the shadow, it's time to explore the Object Selection Tool. But first, make the raster layer called Copy of Vector all Shadow invisible (click on the eye), make a duplicate of the layer called Shadow Vector, and make this duplicate visible.
Select all the shapes (parts) in the duplicate Shadow Vector layer by clicking on them in the Layers Palette while holding the shift key.
Activate the Object Selection Tool in the Tools Toolbar.
(activating the Object Selection Tool first and then selecting the parts will work as well)
Normally, dragging with the cursor around a vector image makes the Object Selection Tool select all the parts in all the layers. But we only want the shadow parts, and by selecting them in the Layers Palette first and then activating the Object Selection Tool (or vice versa), we have drawn a bounding box around the shadow parts only. You can check this by peeking into another vector layer to see there are no highlighted parts in there.
As can be seen in the image above, there are several ways to change the shape of the shadow. It can be resized, slanted, have a perspective. Experiment with the possibilities by grabbing then dragging a side or corner handle with or without pressing the shift and ctrl keys. If your experiment gets to lots of undo's, simple delete the layer and make another duplicate of the Shadow Vector layer to start over with.
When you are satisfied with the result and would like a more blurred shadow, turn the duplicate Shadow Vector layer into a raster layer (Layers, Convert to Raster Layer). In the main PSP menu, click on Adjust to access the Blur options and from there choose Gaussian Blur. The higher the Radius setting, the wider the blur.
As you may now have understood, the Object Selection Tool can also be used to rotate, shear or resize the whole of the vector glasses image with the exception of the raster shadow layer.
