INSTANT TUBES FROM SCRIPT

The TubeFromScriptName scripts instantly create and save a tube. The shape is fixed, the user sets a Foreground and in most scripts also a Background material before running the script. |

Once the tube is in the Tool presets window of the Picture Tube [View, Palettes, Tool Options], setting different materials and running the script again will instantly show the new outcome*.
*PSP 8: the tube preview is updated instantly, but not the tube behind it. Click on another tube and then select the new NameFromScript tube. |

This makes these scripts swift and fun tools to create these ornamental tubes on the fly. You can choose fill materials to go with an existing layout, and if they aren't quite what you want, you can simply pick different materials and run the script again. The countless possible combinations of a color, gradient and/or pattern render unexpected and often attractive outcomes. |

| When the tube has been created, it is automatically exported and saved as NameFromScript.PspTube. The directory it is saved to depends on your File, Preferences, File Locations, Picture Tubes. The script will save the tube into your 'Save to' folder without you having to do a thing. |

| If you want to keep an outcome instead of having it overwritten by a next run of the script, use the Resource Manager in the Tool presets in the Tool Options Palette of the tube to rename the file. After a next run, you will have to find the preset preview again if you plan to do more. |
