With a control environment and control activities you will get the relationship between the goods flow (upper part) and the cash flow (lower part). It will help you to have a structured organisation and make strategic decisions. Finally you will be prepared for internal and external responsibilities.

Special logistic processes for the automotive industry like line-feeding, just-in-time, kanban, direct deliveries and External Service Provider are not involved in this document.
