To run the old REBEL programs under Windows XP you need to download
Microsoft Virtual Machine first and install your old copy of Windows 98 under Microsoft Virtual Machine (MVM).
Although MVM specifically states the software is designed for Windows XP Professional it runs fine on my Windows XP Home
edition.
