Versatile Sound Change Applier 0.5.2

VSCA stands for Versatile Sound Change Applier. This is a program written in Perl that you can use to apply sound changes to a lexicon.

The program is written to be more powerful than many other SCAs out there - some people found that they were not powerful enough and VSCA tries to fill that niche. On the other hand, though, VSCA has been designed to be as intuitive as possible, in both its workings and its syntax.

See the the documentation for more information. If you're new to VSCA, the tutorial may be useful, as well as Running VSCA.
