Sundowns and sunrises are a much more common occurrence for astronauts in space than for Earth-bound eyesbut they never cease to attract the astronauts and cosmonauts when cameras are handy. This sunrise came on docking day for the STS-127 crew.

Delfi-C3 LEO Sat, click for more general information concerning this small and interesting project. After a certain period the transponder is available for amateur radio enthusiasts. Radioamateurs, all over the world can make then radio contacts via the built in transponder. Before this, the satellite is used for research, but also then amateur radio enthusiasts will play a role ( reception telemetrie and QSP to QTH Delft )
