After a long time of being a Hamradio i would like to start with making Antenna for the 144 Mhz band
so i searched the internet for a good and simple design, after a long search i found the side of DK7ZB
This old Man had verry nice designs , so i went of to the homebrew maket her in town and boght
a bit of aluminium and some cable some electo boxes and start building
i made me a 5 elem and was supriced that the swr was 1:1,2 even better than was written on the website.
after this succes i desigded that i would make me 3 more and build a group of 4 x 5 elem...
so soon i had this group ready for testing , due to missing the right coupler i made me a harnas
out of coaxial cable and tested it , but the swr was not what i expected a swr 1:1,7
but i was able to make the first qso with a station in about 10 Km south westof my qth
Not bad for a first time
after all this succes i wanted to make sonthing els and i found on the internet a idear for a
simple keyer, made out of the junkbox
