============================================================================= This is the script for the spoken text in my small paper cone making video on http://www.youtube.com/ninjatoespapercraft ============================================================================= [01] Welcome back. [02] Today I will show you how I make small cones. [03] As always, pre-shaping the part takes away most of the difficulty of glueing it together. [04] To pre-shape small cones, I use a toothpick and keep the point fixed at the tip of the cone, while I roll the rest of the part around the toothpick. [05] You only need to put a little bit of glue on the small glue tab. [06] Then I use the toothpick to push the small end of the glue tab near the tip of the cone underneath the other edge of the part. [07] Just keep pushing the glue tab underneath the other edge of the cone with the toothpick, and push the sides gently with your fingers to keep the cone shape. [08] When you are happy with the shape, put the toothpick inside the cone, underneath the glue tab, so you can press down on the glue tab and the other edge, without crushing the cone. [09] If this causes the glue tab to come loose, push it back down again. [10] Keep working this way, until the shape is good and the glue tab won't come loose anymore. [11] To get a really pointy end on the small cone, you can press and roll the tip of the cone between your fingers like this. [12] And that is really all there is to it.
