DEFINITIONS OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

            1. RESPONSIBILITY OF PREVISION

                        Consists of collecting, identifying and evaluating all certain or probable elements which determine the evolution of the relations evolution between the operational functors of a system, on structure levels. The prognosis of this evolution is realized through statistical elements, logical induction and deduction, formalized on simulated models and system analysis.

            2. RESPONSIBILITY OF DECISION

                        Consists in assuming all the necessary and sufficient decisions for unfolding of the activities. It devolves assuming the responsibility of the taken decisions and of the effects of these decisions.

            3. RESPONSIBILITY OF ORGANIZATION

                        Consists in pointing the objectives, in strategy revealing, tactics adaptation, directions determination, formalizing the functional structures and, also, assuming responsibility for the effects of organizing.

            4. RESPONSIBILITY OF COORDINATION

                        Consists in assuming and implementing the decisions, resolutions and information necessary for synchronizing of instituted activities, without any distortion, ambiguities or unconformities. It devolves the responsibility for the way the coordination is realized.

            5. RESPONSIBILITY OF CONTROL

                        Consists in comparing all the actions and their result with the formal, moral, legal and judicial frame instituted inside the system. It devolves the responsibility for the opportunity, effectiveness and exactness of the results.

            6. RESPONSIBILITY OF EXECUTION

                        Consists in the practical, concrete, direct and objectual transposing to the end of realizing all the instituted objectives. It devolves the responsibility for the way and the form of applying decisions.
