"Ivan & Menno" is a Windows front-end for the PsyTEL AAC encoders (aacenc and fastenc), the FAAC encoder, the FAAD decoder and for MP4Creator.
It is a non-enclosed front-end. This means that it doesn't enclose the back-end program. The only thing it does after you hit the "Go" button, is create and launch a batch file. The back-end program will then start doing it's job in a DOS-window.
This front-end is of no use without the PsyTEL or FAAC encoder. For decoding AAC or MP4 files to wave files you also need the FAAD decoder. And for converting AAC to MP4 or M4A files (vice versa) MP4Creator is required. These programs are all available at RareWares.
