WaveGain is a (Win32) program that applies ReplayGain to wave files. Other ReplayGain tools apply the gain to the encoded file. Because WaveGain applies it to the original wave file, before encoding, ReplayGain is now available for every audio file on your PC! If you don't know what ReplayGain is, check out ReplayGain.org.
WaveGain is a console program, so I made a frontend for it. WaveGain is made by John Edwards (a.k.a. John33) and the frontend by me (Speek).
