Menu - Objects

For the generation process next to the ERD-datadictionary and next to blocks with associations free table objectes can be defined with the following pairs of files per table object:

The tabels, that are created in this way can be used in &*context*& generation. See Repository – contexts and Action Scripts – Context-Actions.

Structure-files (extension STR), that contain the fields of the tables object. Tabel-file (extension TAB), that contains records with values of the fields.

With this menu tables can maintained simultaneously.

The files can be maintained as separate files (see options Structure1 … Object5).

The files can also be maintained using a list created with the option Object List and merged with the option Merge Objects. Then the maintenance is possible of the merged file with the option Objects. After maintaining the merged file it can be split into separate STR and TAB files with the option Split Objects.

With this menu-option an STR-file can be changed.

Object1-5.

With this menu-option an TAB-file can be changed.

Object List.

With this menu-option a list with STR- and TAB-files can be created and changd.

Merge objects.

With this menu-option the files called in the object list can be merged.

Objects

With this menu-option the merged file of objects can be maintained.

Split objects.

With this menu-option the files in the merged file can be split based on the object list.
