Open Source Applications
Currently the following Architecture examples are available as Open Source.
Maintenance application for Linux with Apache, Mysql and PHP. This architecture is an example of a LAMP application. The client (browser screen) connects via an Apache Web server to the Mysql database and fetches information from the database. The user can insert, update and delete information in the database. Information can be saved by pressing the save button, which will issue a commit to the database. When information is quit a rollback is issued to the database. The following examples are available
JW-RES-LAMP-PHP - Maintenance application RES with LAMP architecure (Linux-Apache-Mysql-Php (Linux)
Maintenance application for Windows with Visual Basic and Oracle. This architecture is an example of a client server application. The client (screen) connects to the server (database) and fetches information from the database. All database actions are performed via Oracle Stored Procedure Package Procedures. The user can insert, update and delete information in the database. Information can be saved by pressing the save button, which will issue a commit to the database. When information is quit a rollback is issued to the database. When many records are present in a table the screen can be scrolled up and down. The following examples are available
